Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Sourcery, you’ll be the primary contact for our clients, guiding them through the sourcing and manufacturing process. You’ll manage relationships, oversee projects, and ensure every client receives the white-glove service we’re known for.
What you’ll do:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage projects from inquiry through delivery
Coordinate with our China and US teams for smooth execution
Provide regular updates, reports, and solutions to clients
Ensure client satisfaction with proactive communication
What we’re looking for:
Experience in account management or client services
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Knowledge of sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing (preferred)
A customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
Product Designer
As a Product Designer at Sourcery, you’ll turn ideas into reality — helping clients develop innovative, manufacturable products that stand out in the market. You’ll work closely with our sourcing experts and factory partners to bring concepts to life.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with clients to understand product vision and requirements
Create sketches, prototypes, and technical specifications
Work with factories to ensure manufacturability and quality standards
Provide design support for custom branding and packaging
Stay updated on market trends, materials, and design innovations
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in product or industrial design
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., CAD, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong creative and problem-solving skills
